Glen Court Estate is a local-only condition review tool for shared areas of a communal residential estate. It helps you record what you observe while inspecting those areas, using notes, scores or status selections and, where you choose, photographs, and to produce review summaries and action packs from what you have recorded.
The policy describes what the application stores, where that information is kept, when anything leaves your device, and how you can contact the company. It covers the Android application only.
Information the App Stores on Your Device
The application is built to work locally. Reviews, observations and the summaries generated from them are held in the application's own storage on your Android device rather than on company servers. The information kept in this way may include the following:
This local content is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow. It exists for you to inspect, edit, export or delete as you see fit.

What the App Does Not Include
The application does not require login or account registration, does not create account-linked history, does not use cloud synchronisation, does not store review content on a company backend, and does not provide payment or subscription functionality or any other monetisation features.
Because there is no account, there is nothing to sign into and no profile to manage. Everything the application holds for you sits on the device it was entered on.
Deleting Local Data and How Long It Is Kept
Individual reviews can be deleted within the application, and the application also provides a way to clear all locally stored review data at once. Local content otherwise remains on the device until you remove it, clear the application's local data, or uninstall the application.
Exported or shared files are a separate matter. Once a summary or action pack has been saved, copied or sent, it remains wherever you chose to put it, and removing it from there is up to you.
Contact and External Apps
Some parts of the application open services outside it when you choose to use them: a browser to reach the company website, an email client to write to the company, and a maps application for directions to the estate. These external services operate under their own privacy practices, and the application does not send information to them unless you carry out the action yourself.
If you email the company, the company receives your email address and whatever your message contains. That is ordinary correspondence and is separate from the review content stored on your device.
Security
Local app content is kept within the application's own storage on your device and is not held on company servers. Because the content stays with you, protecting the device itself, for example through the screen lock you configure, remains your responsibility, as does looking after any file you export or share.
Your Rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, which can include access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of personal data. Whether a particular right applies depends on the circumstances and on whether personal data is being processed.
Review content stored by this application is not automatically transmitted to the developer, so in most cases you can manage it directly on your device by deleting individual reviews, clearing the application's local data, or uninstalling the application. Children's Privacy (13+)
The application is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or otherwise address the situation.
